Charlotte County Habitat Volunteers
Volunteer Application
and
Volunteer Handbook

Volunteers are the heart of our organization. Habitat for Humanity is one of largest volunteer organizations in the world offering opportunities to build, work on committees, in our office, serve on the board of directors, participate in fundraising events and more.
We appreciate and value each volunteer who works with us!
- Build Site Volunteers
-
No experience is necessary to volunteer on our work site - although we love our skilled construction volunteers too! You don’t need to be an expert in construction or a committee subject area to help out. There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and work with others. On-site construction work is the most popular of Habitat’s volunteer opportunities. You don’t need to be an expert in construction to help on a work site. There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and work with others. We make every effort to incorporate all volunteers regardless of skill level, however you must be 16 years or older to work on the construction sites. Grab your hammer and join in!
